Strategic Acquisition of Senior Living Portfolio

Secure futures, secure income

Living REIT PLC

Living REIT is a UK-listed real estate investment trust that aims to provide shareholders with stable, long-term, inflation-aligned income through investment in a portfolio of Living assets.

The Company invests in structurally supported areas of the UK residential property market, with a focus on delivering resilient income and positive social impact. This includes investments in:

  • Specialised Supported Housing
  • Senior Living
  • Care Homes

Living REIT’s properties provide essential social infrastructure, supporting residents and communities whilst seeking to generate an attractive, inflation-aligned total return for shareholders.

Strategic Acquisition and Change of Company Name

Social Housing REIT was renamed Living REIT on 19 June 2026 following the proposed acquisition of a senior living portfolio from Residential Secure Income plc and the corresponding expansion of the Company’s investment mandate across adjacent living sector subsectors.

The new name reflects the Company’s broader strategy to build a leading UK-listed living sector REIT, focused on high-quality assets with strong income characteristics, structurally supported demand and the potential to deliver positive social outcomes.

Investment proposition

Living REIT offers investors exposure to a diversified portfolio of living sector properties, supported by long-term, inflation-aligned leases and a low-cost, fixed-rate debt structure.

The Company’s strategy is centred on three core characteristics:

  • structurally supported demand
  • attractive income characteristics
  • positive resident outcomes

Together, these provide a strong platform for long-term, sustainable income and disciplined growth.

Capital at risk. The value of the Company’s shares and the income from them may fall as well as rise; dividends are not guaranteed and investors may get back less than they invest. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future performance.
